How to Check UNIOSUN Admission List

Prospective students eagerly awaiting their admission status at Osun State University (UNIOSUN) can now conveniently check  their UNIOSUN Admission List online using the JAMB admission status-checking portal.

1. Visit the JAMB admission status-checking portal at https://efacility.jamb.gov.ng/.
2. Log in with your JAMB username and password also to access your profile.
3. Navigate to the ‘Check Admission Status’ tab and select it.
4. Choose your exam year and input your registration number in the provided column.
5. Click on “Check Admission Status” to view your UNIOSUN admission status. Alternatively, click on ‘Access my CAPS‘ to explore CAPS for admission status and other related services.

For candidates yet to secure admission, it’s crucial to stay informed. Keep checking both the JAMB site and the University website regularly for updates on UNIOSUN Admission List for your admission status.

 Steps for Admitted Candidates

For those successfully admitted into UNIOSUN’s First-Degree programs, take the following steps:

1. Log in to the JAMB Central Admission Processing System (CAPS) and promptly choose to either ACCEPT or REJECT your admission.
2. After acceptance, print your JAMB admission letter for your records.
3. Safeguard your original JAMB result slip, complete with an affixed passport photograph.
4. If offered courses different from your initial choices, apply for a course change on the JAMB Portal.

 Checking the UNIOSUN Admission List on the School Portal

Alternatively, prospective students can also access their UNIOSUN Admission List  via the UNIOSUN admission status-checking portal. Follow these steps:

1. Visit http://admissions.uniosun.edu.ng/returning/ to check your admission status.
2. Choose your application type and enter your JAMB registration number and password.
3. Select the sign-in button to check your UNIOSUN admission status.

Important Notice: Acceptance Fees Payment

All admitted candidates are required to pay a non-refundable sum of Forty Thousand Naira (₦40,000.00) as Acceptance Fees for the Provisional Admission offered. Use the UNIOSUN WebPAY platform with Interswitch-enabled Debit/ATM cards (Verve, Visa, and Master cards) for seamless transactions.

The deadline for Acceptance Fees payment is January 3, 2024. Candidates failing to complete this process before the deadline will forfeit the Provisional Admission.
