1. Graduate Trainees – Operations and Maintenance (O&M)
As a graduate trainee at Wärtsilä, you will receive comprehensive training across various departments at our O&M sites. This specialized program is designed to prepare you for specific functions, including Electrical, Mechanical, or Operator roles.

Eligibility and How to Apply
To qualify for our esteemed Graduate Trainee Program at Wartsila, you should have pursued a course of study in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering. We also welcome applications from similar graduates in relevant fields. A minimum of HND, BSc., B.Tech, or B.ENG in the aforementioned engineering disciplines is required, along with a mandatory NYSC completion certificate. Applicants should possess 0-2 years of post-NYSC experience and must not be older than 27 years as of December 2022. Additionally, being a local resident in Nigeria is essential.
